PROJECT · PROVEN OPERATION

Naegok MFC.

Inventory is positioned forward in urban space close to customers, while automated equipment connects the physical execution of storage and fulfillment.

02

OVERVIEW

Inventory arrives closer
to the city first.

01 · CONCEPT

INVENTORY FORWARDING

Before reducing delivery time,
move the inventory closer.

Naegok MFC is an operating case that places inventory storage and fulfillment functions in underused urban space at a service station. Beyond moving goods a long distance after each order, it tests and operates an inventory forwarding model in which inventory reaches the area of demand first.

02 · ACTUAL OPERATION

Automated storage equipment,
moving inside the facility.

This is actual operating footage captured at Naegok MFC. The web segment was edited under permission to use the full video.

ACTUAL FOOTAGE · NAEGOK MFC

Automated equipment moves between racks and approaches its designated storage location.

03 · APPROACH

PHYSICAL EXECUTION

Turning software commands
into movement in physical space.

An urban MFC is not simply a smaller warehouse. In a constrained space, decisions about what inventory to hold, where to place it, and how to retrieve it when needed must be designed as one flow spanning the operations system and physical equipment.

01

Close to demand

Inventory is positioned in the city, close to where demand occurs.

02

Dense storage

Automated equipment makes use of constrained space.

03

Connected action

Storage and fulfillment instructions translate into movement by physical equipment.

WHAT THIS PROVES

The path toward Physical AI
starts with physical movement.

Naegok MFC connects the operating strategy of inventory forwarding with physical execution by automated equipment in an urban space. Building on current automated operations, the longer-term direction is to expand toward more intelligent decisions and autonomous execution.
