PROJECT · PROVEN OPERATION
Yulgok Community
Logistics Complex.
At this parking-facility-based urban logistics hub, inbound receiving, identification, sorting, and delivery preparation connect through one operating system.
OVERVIEW
We did not simply create a space.
We created an operating flow.

THE OPERATIONAL QUESTION
How can different shipments
become one operating flow?
Shipments arriving through different channels have different waybills, addresses, arrival times, and delivery operators. For an urban logistics hub to be more than a transfer point, each shipment must be identified accurately and reorganized into a delivery flow for the same service area.
Inbound receiving and sorting,
working in the field.
The footage below shows actual operations at the Yulgok center. It was filmed on site and edited for the web; it is not a promotional 3D rendering.
Barcodes on inbound shipments are read and connected to operational data.
Shipments are sorted to designated chutes using waybill data.
See the physical space and operating paths inside the urban logistics hub.
CONNECTED OPERATION
Connecting equipment and systems
through one operational language.
PCMS manages the status of inbound shipments and connects events from BCR and sorting equipment to each subsequent task. The approach is to design the sequence of the entire operation, not merely automate a single machine.

WHAT THIS PROVES
Connected operations
are already moving in the physical world.
The Yulgok center is a real-world case showing that an urban logistics hub, field equipment, operations software, and delivery workflows can be connected in a single flow. We demonstrate what is operating now through the implemented structure and actual footage, without packaging performance as arbitrary figures.
